Before & during
We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone in, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own property. We are a family operation, so when something is not right, we own it and sort it out that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier if the date falls on a holiday weekend.
Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.
We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you call us to collect it.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
